International: Shipping fees are based on weight. Canada: $14 for orders up to 1 lb. Orders between 1lb and 2lbs: $25. Orders over 2lbs are free. International: (Rest of the World) $14 for orders up to 1 lb. Orders between 1 lb and 2lbs: $25. Orders over 2 lbs are free.
Please allow up to 2 days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email to process Domestic (US) orders and another 2-4 days to deliver them. Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email to receive your product. Please allow up to 2 days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email to process International orders and another 7-12 days to deliver them. All web orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
If an order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped, but we will try our best to help you.
If your product is defective, stained or torn, contact us within 14 days and we’ll exchange your item for a new one, if inventory allows. If you do not want an exchange, we can also refund your order. We do not accept exchanges or offer refunds if you change your mind on an order after it has been shipped. Jessika does not assume responsibility of packages lost in transit.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing may take up to 2 business days. Delivery may take an additional 2-4 business days. Every order, excluding international orders, comes with a USPS tracking number. If you have any problems regarding your order, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking number isn’t working, what’s wrong with it?
If you check your tracking immediately after it has been provided to you, it may not be registered into the courier’s system. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
Do you restock?
On occasion, we may restock an item due to demand. Product availability is not guaranteed.

I picked the wrong item/size/color, can I make an exchange?
Yes. Send us an email before your order ships and we will make an exchange, if inventory allows. Once your order ships out, we can’t make a correction. Make sure you double check your information before you checkout.
